Sliding lid boxes
You'll be surprised at how quick and easy it is to make these finger joint boxes. And the sliding lid design makes them functional as well as attractive.
All it takes are six small pieces of wood and a couple of afternoons to construct this handsome bax - which makes it a perfect gift.
Finger joints aren't just for boxes. We also used them to join the ends and construct the drawer of this organizer.
Here's a simple end table with two unique characteristics: diamond-shaped legs and a shelf made with slats.
Stacking storage racks
The neat, interlocking design of these racks allows them to be stacked in different configurations.
